The celebration of the Sacrament of Baptism for infants is scheduled after the baptismal preparation for the parents is completed. Adults and children 7 years and older seeking baptism or confirmation are invited to inquire at the parish office for information about adult preparation.

First Eucharist

The Eucharist Preparation program begins in the spring time. 2nd graders and their parents are encouraged to participate. This sacramental preparation includes parent/child learning sessions and a family get together.

We offer a preparation program for those of High School age. (Adult confirmation preparation is offered through the Catechumenate program). This program is offered every other year and includes a retreat.

Rite of Christian Initiation

The Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA) is for those who were never baptized or baptized in a non Catholic church. This program is to better understand the Catholic faith, and is available for adults and children 7 years and older. Separate preparation is designed for both children and adults, but the same rite and rituals are observed.

Couples seeking marriage in the Church are asked to contact the parish at least four months in advance of their proposed wedding date. Marriages are celebrated in the parish in which one of the Catholic parties lives.
